Fred Peacock, a viticultural pioneer in Tasmania, has been the guiding hand behind Bream Creek since the late 1990s. His philosophy is all about balance, sustainability and allowing the vineyard to express itself without excessive intervention. The Reserve Pinot Noir represents the pinnacle of the estate’s production, made only in exceptional years from the best parcels of handpicked fruit. Yields are kept low, and everything from wild fermentation to gentle oak maturation is geared toward preserving varietal character and structural finesse.

In the glass, this Pinot is deeply perfumed with lifted aromas of black cherry, wild raspberry and poached plum, layered with rose petal, orange peel, forest floor and subtle spice from quality French oak.
