Named in honour of Katherine Jackson, whose vision helped establish the family estate, Katherine's Chardonnay has become the flagship white wine of Cambria. The 2023 vintage enjoyed ideal conditions, with warm days tempered by coastal fog and refreshing afternoon breezes. Estate grown fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness before careful barrel fermentation and maturation added texture and complexity without overwhelming the vibrant fruit. The result is a Chardonnay that is both expressive and beautifully poised.

Bright straw gold in colour, the bouquet opens with aromas of white peach, nectarine and ripe pear layered with notes of Meyer lemon, vanilla bean and toasted hazelnut.
