Based on 55% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 15% Roussanne, and 10% Picpoul Blanc, it's going to benefit from 6-12 months of bottle age and mostly like evolve for well over a decade, although I'd drink bottles through 2027.

These rocky soils, combined with the mistral winds and Mediterranean sun, create the perfect environment for ripening while retaining acidity and aromatic finesse.

Fermentation occurs in a mix of stainless steel and older oak barrels, with lees ageing adding depth and mouthfeel. The result is a wine that balances freshness and richness in equal measure.

In the glass, expect notes of white peach, pear, acacia blossom, citrus oil and almond meal, with hints of fennel and wet stone.
