Pure and enchanting, there seems to be a little more concentration with this release, the freshly squeezed lime and Bickford's tones carrying a little more weight and perhaps a little more nuance as well. Hints of honeysuckle, citrus blossom, dried honey, crushed stone and almond paste. There's a nice squeak of grapefruit pith texture in the mix too, sapid, lacy acidity and a touch of green apple to the finish, long and dry, as is the norm with this wine.
