Here too there is a touch of petrol character to the fresh and bright nose of quinine, oyster shell and lemon confit. The mouthfeel of the medium weight flavors is rich to the point of opulence while offering better volume and density on the lightly stony, clean and moderately dry finale. This would also benefit from having better depth but here there's a good chance it will have time to develop before it's mature. Drink: 2026+
