Domaine Collotte Gevrey Chambertin Cote de Nuits Burgundy is a classic village level Pinot Noir from one of the Côte de Nuits’ most revered appellations. Domaine Collotte, led by Philippe Collotte in Marsannay, has steadily earned respect for wines that combine authenticity, careful vineyard work and restrained winemaking. The estate farms parcels across Gevrey Chambertin, where limestone rich soils and ideal eastern exposures create Pinot Noir of structure, perfume and longevity. Gevrey is often described as the most powerful of the Côte de Nuits villages, yet in the right hands it delivers both depth and finesse, something Collotte captures beautifully.

The wine shows a luminous ruby red with subtle garnet tones. Aromatically it opens with black cherry, red plum and wild strawberry layered over violet, gentle spice and a hint of earthy undergrowth. On the palate it is medium to full bodied with a confident yet polished structure.
