Peach tea, melon, a herb and floral perfume, fennel seeds, strawberries too. It's juicy, but balanced, lots of fresh strawberry and raspberry, bright acidity, a chalky and dusty texture, succulent with it, a glycerol slipperiness, though it finishes tight, with a twist of blood orange and excellent length. Nice.

A dry season sees a slight change in style for this cuvée, sketched in much sharper lines. It maintains the flesh, density and vinosity of previous releases, though offers far more mineral and acid definition. Defined by rockmelon and peach fruit flavors, there's a big additional presence of red fruits – Jonathan apple skins and wild strawberries particularly, with a big pop of garrigue herbs, both aromatically and on the palate. Finishes fabulously with a cleansing mineral edge, we're absolutely loving the evolved personality of this wine.

This rosé displays a wonderfully full fruited and fleshy appeal, showing more density and textural layering than many other Provence counterparts. The low intervention winemaking throws elements of funk and texture, adding to the profile of peach, melon and wild strawberries

Domaine les Fouques Côtes de Provence Cuvée Tradition Rosé is a charming and expressive wine from the heart of Provence, crafted with a commitment to organic and sustainable practices. Domaine les Fouques, a family-run estate known for its dedication to environmentally conscious viticulture, produces this rosé as a blend of traditional Provençal grape varieties like Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. The result is a refreshing wine that captures the essence of Provence’s sun-soaked terroir and breezy Mediterranean climate.

Cuvée Tradition Rosé opens with aromas of fresh strawberry, peach, and citrus zest, complemented by subtle floral notes of rose and lavender, which give it a classic Provençal elegance. On the palate, it’s crisp and vibrant, showcasing flavors of ripe red berries, watermelon, and a hint of minerality. The wine’s bright acidity and light, smooth texture make it a pleasure to sip, leading to a clean and refreshing finish.

This rosé pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, from fresh seafood and salads to grilled vegetables and light cheeses. Its versatility and easygoing nature make it ideal for picnics, beach days, or simply as a refreshing aperitif.
