Fruit was hand picked and whole bunch pressed straight to older french oak barrels for wild yeast fermentation. The wine was then matured on lees for six months to develop complexity and texture, before blending and bottling without filtration. The result is a rose that is acid driven and complex, with a soft, generous mid palate thanks to the barrel and lees influence. There's lots of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit vibes. Who doesn't love dry, textural modern Australian rose!?
