A light, supple style of Pinot that WE like to drink. It's super aromatic with pretty red fruits and thirst-quenching natural acidity. We used less whole bunch this year due to the very cool and late vintage. Most fruit was de-stemmed and fermented on skins for five days. The resulting wine was then pressed to older French oak and rested just under six months before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
