A delicate cool-climate Riesling. Juicy lime and crunchy green apple flavours intertwined with that typical Murrumbateman mineral acidity. Lingering and refreshing. Will continue to blossom over time. A versatile wine that will complement a variety of cuisines, particularly Asian cuisine and seafood.

Cellaring of 25 years plus, although if you prefer fresh crisp wines drink it over the next 5 years.
