Laced with all manner of citrus tones from makrut lime leaf, lemon balm and lemon oil plus grapefruit pith. Really perky and juicy yet neatly balanced with refreshing acidity and tugging phenolics. A very good drink.

This wine is a wave of flavour and aroma that starts with a blast of fruit and spice, as preserved citrus, blackcurrant, custard apple, nectarine, sweet herbs, lemon verbena and vanilla pod detail the signature bouquet. The palate is a fusion of these many fruits, spices and herbs which are further shaped and refined by lemon curd creaminess and a dry mineral-flintiness, adding texture and dimension. A lively, soft lime zest embellishes the fine, chalk-like acidity to finish.
