The site benefits from the cool winds and slightly elevated position typical of northern Gevrey, which help retain freshness and aromatic detail. Jane Eyre, known for her sensitive, non-interventionist approach, works with growers who farm with sustainability in mind. In the cellar, she favours partial whole bunch fermentation, native yeasts, and a light hand with new oak to preserve the wine’s natural energy and site expression.
