After pressing, the wine was settled & fermented like a white wine, at cool temperatures. It was filtered, blended & bottled early to retain freshness of primary fruit flavours.

Offering a super pale ice pink colour, this Rosé displays an attractive aroma of Turkish delight, strawberry and citrus blossom. The palate, is refreshingly dry with aromatic hints of rose petals and violets. A beautiful lunchtime wine, best enjoyed well chilled in its youth. Simply delicious!
