A Canberra regional blend, consisting of 7 different vineyard parcels. Grapes were hand harvested between 12.5 and 13.3 Baume and processed into 3 tonne open fermenters with 30% of Whole bunches, balance whole berries. Matured in 25% new French barriques, balance in seasoned French barriques for 10 months.
