Nick O’Leary Shiraz offers an enticing bouquet of blackberry, dark cherry, and violet, along with hints of black pepper and savory spice. The palate is refined and well-structured, featuring flavors of ripe plum, mulberry, and subtle earthy notes. Balanced acidity and fine tannins give this Shiraz a polished, lingering finish, highlighting its cool-climate origins and depth.
A Canberra regional blend, consisting of 7 different vineyard parcels. Grapes were hand harvested between 12.5 and 13.3 Baume and processed into 3 tonne open fermenters with 30% of Whole bunches, balance whole berries. Matured in 25% new French barriques, balance in seasoned French barriques for 10 months.
