2023 Nova Vita Firebird Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills

This is stainless-steel-tank fermented. The fruit is grown on two vineyards from the Adelaide Hills. It's a bright and brisk, clean and clear expression of the variety, lots of lime juice, touches of nettles and gooseberry, a splash of passionfruit and some faint minty highlights. A juiciness, then a crisp, crunchy finish. Easy drinking, not particularly complex, but does the variety justice and ekes out a pleasing, summery vibe.
