Sourced primarily from younger vines in the Barolo communes of La Morra and Barolo, this wine delivers the purity and finesse of Nebbiolo in a more approachable frame — ideal for early drinking while offering a glimpse into the Scavino style.

The fruit is hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel, followed by ageing in large neutral oak to soften the tannins while preserving freshness and varietal character. The focus here is elegance over extraction, allowing Nebbiolo’s lifted aromatics and natural acidity to shine.

On the nose, it opens with rose petals, sour cherry, wild strawberry, orange peel and a touch of dried herbs. The palate is medium bodied and bright, showing red berry fruit, blood orange, fine dusty tannins and a hint of spice.
