Printhie uses a mix of barrel & tank fermentation to produce a modern Australian Chardonnay. Lemon juice, grapefruit pitch, stone fruit and a hint of tropical richness makes this wine fresh and lively. The suggestion of oak offers structure and support without overwhelming the fruit.
