This Sicilian estate just an hour southwest of Palermo sources fruit from around the ancient town of Gibellina and of course on Mt. Etna. Tenute Orestiadi is a project born of the Orestiadi Foundation, based in Gibellina, and a local co-op Cantine Ermes.
The Grillo wine is pale straw olive with lovely vibrant citrus and tropical aromas that are supplemented on the palate yellow melon. Clean and bright on the finish. This wine is a pure, bright reflection of its place in the world and is terrific value.
