A lot of texture and flavour going hand-in-hand to make this a very appealing drink. Smoky, grassy, lots of citrus, especially makrut lime leaves and Tahitian lime juice, hay and a refreshing juiciness across the palate. Some oak influence adding tannins and spice while bolstering the palate. A super-smart drink.

Oh, wow. Wait till you get your lips around this little guy. Crunchy vibrant fresh tropical fruit intensity strikes immediately. Loads of zippy passionfruit, lemon zest and a little gooseberry edginess. Has a lively crisp acidity to drive the palate through to a long finish. Ready to go.

Lifted aromas of lemon blossom, wax, nettle, lime pith and white flowers. Fresh, crunchy, bright and full of zesty citrus flavours, passionfruit and green melon. The acidity has real zip and ping and there's a nice touch of phenolic grip delivering texture. Drink 2024–2029.

Voyager Estate was established in 1978 on the gravelly soils of Stevens Valley in southern Margaret River, one of the coolest and most maritime-influenced parts of the region. The estate has been farming organically since 2017 and received full certification in 2023. All fruit is estate grown across five vineyards on granite and ironstone soils.
Voyager Estate's version of Margaret River’s signature white blend leans deliberately toward the Semillon side of the equation at 40%. The Semillon is fermented in old French oak to build structure and mouthfeel, while the Sauvignon Blanc goes into stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic lift.
The 2023 season was close to ideal with warm days and cool evenings preserving the natural acidity during a long growing season. The result is characteristically precise and refreshing without sacrificing the savoury depth that the Semillon and barrel treatment add.
Pale straw green, the nose shows zesty lime, passionfruit, subtle florals and lemon pith. The palate is crisp and tightly wound with a touch of salinity, hay and a long savoury finish. Textured and flavoursome without losing freshness or drinkability.
This would be a highly versatile wine with food, and preparation depending, could see you enjoying this from oysters to lemony risottos grilled seafood mains.
