2023 Wilson Watervale Riesling, Clare Valley

From a band of limestone which runs along the range to the east of the Watervale township comes this highly aromatic wine.The Watervale riesling displays grassy herbaceous notes which lift from the glass. Delicate lime flavours fill out a crisp and clean palate. Pure summer refreshment.

The Wilson Vineyard Label Commission commenced in 2012 in association with the Helpmann Academy and provides an outstanding opportunity for South Australia’s emerging artists.

The Helpmann Academy each year offers South Australian visual artists the chance to submit an artwork to be used as the label on the Wilson Vineyard Polish Hill River Riesling, which is widely distributed nationally and internationally.

The chosen artist receives full credit on the wine’s back label and join a long list of South Australian based artists who've created more than 50 original artworks for the Wilson Vineyard since 1988.
