Shea Vineyard is one of Oregon's most celebrated Pinot Noir sites, producing wines of remarkable depth and character. Situated in the Yamhill Carlton district of the Willamette Valley, its ancient marine sedimentary soils contribute distinctive savoury complexity and beautifully structured tannins. Founded by Chris and Kathryn Hermann, 00 Wines has developed a cult following for its meticulous winemaking and exceptional vineyard selections.
Deep ruby red with vibrant crimson highlights. Black cherry, wild raspberry and ripe plum mingle with violet, rose petals and subtle earthy spice. The 2024 vintage is beautifully concentrated, with silky tannins, lively acidity and a long, savoury finish touched by forest floor and gentle oak spice. Rich yet wonderfully elegant, with the finesse that makes Oregon Pinot Noir so compelling.
Delicious with roast duck and blackberries, miso glazed eggplant with sesame, or porcini and chestnut ravioli. A serious Pinot Noir deserving of a memorable dinner.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2038. Excellent ageing potential, with greater savoury complexity developing over time.
