Winemaker Col McBryde, who co-owns Adelina with Jennie Gardner, crafts small-batch wines with precision and a deep respect for the land. Their vineyard sits right next door to some of the region’s most legendary names, and the fruit reflects that pedigree in every sip.

Polish Hill River is known for producing Rieslings that are finer, more linear, and tightly wound than their Watervale cousins—and Adelina leans into that style with confidence. Fruit is handpicked early to retain racy natural acidity, fermented cool in stainless steel, and bottled young to capture all its electric freshness.

Aromatically it’s all lime zest, green apple, jasmine and crushed stones. The palate is taut and focused, with mouth-watering acidity wrapped around citrus, bath salts, and a flicker of white peach. There’s a salty, slate-like finish that hums with energy and lingers for days.
