Amelia Park Chardonnay from Margaret River is a stylish, finely tuned white that beautifully balances richness with restraint. It captures everything that makes this region one of Australia’s premier Chardonnay-producing areas—bright fruit, subtle oak, and that unmistakable saline edge driven by coastal breezes and ancient soils.

Crafted by Jeremy Gordon, one of Western Australia’s most respected winemakers, this Chardonnay is sourced from select vineyards in the Wilyabrup and Karridale subregions. These cooler, southern blocks allow for slow, even ripening, giving the wine vibrant natural acidity and layered complexity.

The fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed, with wild fermentation taking place in French oak barrels (around 30 to 40 percent new). The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and is left on lees for several months with regular stirring to build texture and integrate oak, all while preserving that fresh citrus and mineral core.

In the glass, it opens with aromas of white peach, nectarine, lemon curd, and toasted cashew, laced with struck match and flinty minerality. The palate is medium bodied and beautifully layered, offering citrus, stone fruit, creamy oak, and a long, savoury finish that speaks to both precision and generosity.

Amelia Park Chardonnay is a go-to for lovers of modern Margaret River style—refined, expressive, and confidently elegant. It pairs perfectly with grilled lobster, roast chicken, or pumpkin ravioli with sage butter.
