DUE OCT/NOV 2027
Coming from Bérangère Tesseron, the 2024 Château Larrivaux is based on 61% Merlot, 16% each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot. Medium-bodied, juicy, and bright, it has a clean, balanced style and reveals red, blue, and black fruits alongside notes of damp earth and tobacco, giving it an almost Saint-Estèphe-like character.

Bright redcurrant and raspberry fruits, plenty of kick and clarity, with slate tannins, but the acidity is high. Early to medium term drinking, plenty of juice on the finish. Basile Tesseron, formerly of Château Lafon Rochet has joined his wife at her long-time family estate, where a sustained period of investment is making it one to watch.
