DUE NOV 2027
Gently toasted cedar and sandalwood, violet, lilac, powdery rose, plush fruits, savoury in the spirit of the vintage but with texture and even generosity, and velvety tannins. A great job from La Fleur-Petrus, seriously impressive and one to look out for - my wine of the Moueix stable in 2024. 50% new oak. Harvest 17 to 28 September, no chaptilisation, around 20% down on yield from a usual year.

Aromas of creamy dark berries, fruitcake and chocolate introduce the 2024 La Fleur-Pétrus, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and supple wine that's rich and creamy, with good depth at the core and soft structuring tannins.

The 2024 Bordeaux En Primeur campaign promises to be one of the most intriguing in recent years. With a vintage shaped by a warm, early season and balanced rainfall across the Right and Left Banks, early tastings suggest freshness, structure, and elegance—hallmarks of a classic year. From the silky Merlots of Pomerol and Saint-Émilion to the structured Cabernet-dominant blends of Pauillac, Saint-Julien, and Margaux, this is a vintage where terroir expression and vineyard precision shine.
Top châteaux are already drawing attention with promising barrel samples, and global interest is growing as allocations begin to open. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or exploring Bordeaux futures for the first time, En Primeur 2024 offers a unique opportunity to secure wines at release prices before they hit the broader market.
Don’t miss limited-release offers from iconic estates and rising stars alike. Stay ahead with insider access, expert commentary, and first picks on one of the most anticipated vintages in recent memory.
