Cielo e Terra brings together generations of Italian winemaking experience, with the Cielo family tracing its roots in the Veneto back to 1908. Their 3 Passo collection celebrates the generous fruit and warmth of southern Italy, with an emphasis on organic viticulture and approachable, richly flavoured wines. The Rosso is a particularly inviting example, full of Puglia's Mediterranean personality.

The 2024 is crafted from organically grown grapes, drawing on the ripe fruit and naturally generous character of Puglia's sunny vineyards. Its smooth, rounded style combines dark berry richness with gentle spice and enough freshness to keep everything beautifully balanced.

Deep ruby red with purple highlights. Ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum mingle with sweet liquorice, vanilla and a touch of cocoa. The palate is plush and velvety, with juicy dark fruit, soft tannins and warming spice. Hints of dried fig, chocolate and Mediterranean herbs linger through a smooth, satisfying finish.

Try it with smoky eggplant and chickpea stew, slow cooked beef with tomato and olives, or a wood fired pizza topped with spicy nduja and roasted peppers. Its generous fruit also works beautifully with grilled halloumi, harissa and pomegranate.
