On the palate, it is crisp and lively, offering flavours of grapefruit, guava, and lemon curd, balanced by a fine mineral thread and refreshing acidity. A hint of creaminess from lees contact enhances the mouthfeel, leading to a clean, zesty finish with lingering citrus and herbal notes.
