Domaines Ott BY.OTT Rosé Provence is a beautifully crafted Mediterranean rosé from one of Provence’s most historic and revered estates. Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 by Marcel Ott, an Alsatian engineer who recognised the potential of Provence’s sun drenched vineyards. Today the estate remains family run and is considered a benchmark producer of premium Provence rosé. BY.OTT is made from carefully selected fruit grown near the Mediterranean coast, where limestone soils, sea breezes and abundant sunshine create wines of freshness, finesse and aromatic lift. It reflects the Ott philosophy of elegance, balance and precision while offering remarkable accessibility.

Pale blush pink with a luminous sheen, the colour alone captures the essence of Provence rosé. The nose is delicate yet expressive, showing white peach, strawberry and pink grapefruit layered with hints of citrus blossom and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. There is a subtle saline freshness that hints at its coastal origin.

The palate is dry, refined and beautifully textured. Red berry fruit and citrus glide across a silky frame supported by bright natural acidity. A fine mineral thread runs through the wine, giving length and poise rather than weight. The finish is clean, crisp and refreshing, leaving gentle notes of peach skin and grapefruit zest lingering on the palate.
