Lovely wine offering the signature of Nebbiolo with cherry, white peach, almond meal, dried flowers and fennel. It’s lively and flavoursome, bright pink grapefruit acidity lends some zip, and there’s a nutty and grainy element to texture, with redcurrant and blood orange flavours on a finish of excellent length. Savoury, gently saline, and very good to drink. It’s fair to say I think this is a very good expression of rosato. Delightful.
