A beautifully aromatic, cleansing style of verdelho featuring pristine fruits wrapped around a refreshing acid core. It is zippy and pure with dainty white flowers, lemon juice and Granny Smith apple flavours.

Krinklewood Verdelho from the Hunter Valley is a vibrant and aromatic white wine that showcases the lively, tropical charm of this Portuguese variety in one of Australia’s most historic wine regions. Grown using biodynamic principles, Krinklewood’s estate fruit reflects both the purity of site and a commitment to low-intervention winemaking.
The Krinklewood vineyard sits in Broke, at the base of the Brokenback Range, where warm days and cool nights allow Verdelho to ripen with richness while retaining zippy acidity. Handpicked fruit is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character.
In the glass, this Verdelho bursts with notes of passionfruit, guava, melon and lime zest, underscored by hints of white flowers and a touch of spice. The palate is crisp and juicy, with a clean finish and a slight textural roundness that gives it versatility across seasons and food styles.
Perfect with Thai green curry, grilled prawns, Vietnamese salads or simply a sunset and a good glass. It drinks beautifully young and fresh.
