Main Divide Sauvignon Blanc from Waipara is a zesty, expressive white that brings together the freshness of New Zealand Sauvignon with a bit more texture and charm than your average bottle. Made by the team behind Pegasus Bay, it benefits from the same attention to detail—estate-grown fruit, wild fermentation, and a focus on balance rather than just boldness.

Waipara’s cooler climate and long growing season give this Sauvignon a more refined edge. While it still has the bright citrus and tropical notes people expect, there's also complexity from time on lees and a bit of barrel influence in some vintages to round things out.

On the nose, it jumps out with passionfruit, gooseberry, fresh lime, lemongrass and a herbal lift. The palate is dry, crisp and mouthwatering, with vibrant acidity wrapped around flavours of grapefruit, guava, green apple and a touch of mineral salinity. There’s texture and length, making it more than just a summer sipper—it’s genuinely food-worthy.
