The fruit is selected from cool sites where soils and climate naturally preserve acidity and aromatic detail. Winemaking is thoughtful and measured, with careful use of oak to support texture without overwhelming the fruit, allowing regional character to remain front and centre.

In the glass, the wine is fresh and expressive. White peach, nectarine and citrus lead, followed by subtle notes of cashew, nougat and struck match complexity.
