The vineyards enjoy a mild maritime climate with plenty of sunshine, tempered by sea breezes that preserve freshness and aromatics. The soils are predominantly schist and limestone, ideal for growing Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, which make up the backbone of the blend. The fruit is harvested in the cool of night, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to lock in delicate flavours and maintain a luminous pale pink hue. No oak is used, allowing the natural purity and minerality to shine.
