Bright and fresh regional Yarra Valley blend for no-fuss weeknights
The True Colours range of wines from Rob Dolan are fruit-driven wines to be enjoyed within a year or two from release. This Pinot is a cross-regional blend of machine harvested fruit from Yarra Valley’s lower vineyards.
Ruby red in colour, this is a bright and fresh with a little touch of spice to enjoy with a light chill with no-fuss food. Chinese BBQ pork buns would fit the bill, as would stir-fried yaki udon or quesadillas with your favourite filling.
More about this wine
The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed for fermentation stainless steel with a small inclusion of whole bunches. The parcels of wine were then matured for six to ten months in a combination of both stainless steel and French oak barrels of which 10% were new.
