From the famous Polish Hill River subregion of Clare Valley, a single-vineyard wine with a genuine crowd-pleaser personality. The Unico Zelo take on it has tropical notes of pineapple and custard apple meeting citrus oil and yuzu, with a savoury, structured and just a little spicy palate.
