The 2025 Sigalas Rabaud has a nicely detailed bouquet with plenty of botrytised fruit. The palate is fresh and bright on the entry, very pure, with quince, peach and apricot notes. Just a little oak to be subsumed towards the finish (at the moment it imparts a touch of heaviness), but I am sure it will eventually come good. Excellent.

Full-bodied and exuberant, with fruit and sweetness coming together and creating a dense and rich texture. This is big and sweet.
