Credaro Kinship Chardonnay is a beautifully composed Margaret River Chardonnay that leans into finesse, texture and site rather than excess. It reflects the modern face of the region, where precision viticulture and thoughtful winemaking allow Chardonnay to express both power and restraint in equal measure.
Credaro Wines is a long standing Margaret River family, farming in the region since the 1920s. The Kinship range is about connection, to family, land and the individual vineyards that shape each wine. Fruit for this Chardonnay is sourced from cool, well drained sites across Margaret River, where gravelly loams over clay give natural balance and the region’s maritime influence preserves freshness even in warm seasons.
In the glass, the wine shows classic Margaret River Chardonnay character. White peach, nectarine and citrus sit at the core, layered with subtle notes of cashew, nougat and gentle oak spice. There is a fine mineral thread running through the wine, giving shape and length. The palate is creamy but controlled, with bright acidity carrying the fruit through to a clean, savoury finish.
This is a Chardonnay that shines with food. Roast chicken, grilled fish, shellfish, creamy vegetable dishes or simply good bread and butter all work beautifully. It is approachable on release for its balance and clarity, yet has enough structure to develop further complexity over the short to medium term.
Credaro Kinship Chardonnay is quietly confident, regionally true and deeply satisfying, a modern Margaret River Chardonnay that respects its roots while embracing polish and drinkability.
