2025 Domaine Les Fouques Cuvée l’Estelle La Londe Rosé, Provence

Overlooking the Mediterranean coastline near La Londe les Maures, Domaine Les Fouques has been farming organically and biodynamically for decades, becoming one of Provence's quiet success stories. The estate is managed by the Gros family, who have worked tirelessly to preserve the health of their vineyards and surrounding environment. Situated between the sea and the rugged Maures hills, the vines benefit from cooling maritime breezes, abundant sunshine and mineral rich soils that help produce rosés of freshness, purity and character.

Cuvée l'Estelle is a blend of traditional Provençal varieties grown under certified biodynamic practices. The combination of sustainable viticulture and meticulous winemaking allows the fruit to express the unique terroir of La Londe, one of Provence's most highly regarded coastal appellations. The result is a rosé that offers far more depth and personality than many of its regional counterparts while retaining the effortless charm for which Provence is famous.

A delicate pale salmon pink colour introduces aromas of wild strawberry, white peach and pink grapefruit, layered with hints of watermelon, rose petal and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is bright and energetic, combining crunchy red berries and citrus fruits with a subtle saline edge that reflects its coastal origins.
