Fresh and savoury, with appetising cranberries, sour cherries and warming spice
A pinot of good verity to the variety, all the red berries, pepper and clove spices, white mushroom savoury elements, a dash of green herbs. On the leaner, greener end of the spectrum for grippy tannins. A firm expression with freshness on its side. A bit strict, but has some chuggability. Drink to 2029.

Bring this wine out after a short twenty-minute chill in the fridge and want something fresh, savoury, and appetite-inducing. For meals, think of it as a dash of good vinegar, something that will make the flavours on the plate pop. Would work well with pan-seared duck breasts served with braised red cabbage and a sour cherry and thyme reduction.
