The fruit is sourced from select vineyards in Southern Tasmania, where the combination of cool nights and long, gentle ripening ensures exceptional balance between ripeness and acidity. The grapes are hand picked and gently pressed, then fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel, with a small portion matured on fine lees to enhance texture and mouthfeel. The result is a wine of crystalline clarity, lively energy and subtle complexity.

In the glass it appears pale straw with green tinges. The aroma is lifted and refreshing, showing lime zest, lemon blossom and green apple, layered with hints of white flowers and crushed stone. On the palate it is dry and taut, with precise citrus and mineral flavours supported by crisp acidity and a silky texture.
