The 2025 Amy's Cuvee Blanc is a Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend from the Amy's vineyard, and in true Moss Wood style, it's rich and exotic in both shape and feel. Notes of white pineapple and green apple, grass clippings and green peppercorns are threaded together by strands of saline acidity. This is classy. It feels as if it may age quite well as well. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

Moss Wood Amy’s Cuvée Blanc from Margaret River is a vibrant, textural and beautifully layered white that reflects the estate’s knack for crafting blends with both freshness and substance. Drawn from premium vineyards in Wilyabrup, where gravelly loam over clay meets cooling afternoon sea breezes, this wine brings together the strengths of the region’s classic Bordeaux inspired white varieties. Sauvignon Blanc contributes energy and citrus lift, Semillon adds structure and minerality. Each parcel is picked in the early morning for purity, fermented at cool temperatures to preserve brightness, and matured briefly on fine lees to build quiet complexity.
The aromatics are expressive and inviting. Lemon zest, lime leaf and grapefruit sit alongside white peach, green apple and passionfruit blossom. Beneath the fruit lies a savoury, Margaret River signature of wet stone, fresh herbs and a faint saline thread. As the wine opens, hints of elderflower, gooseberry, jasmine and a soft tropical echo add depth while keeping the style crisp and refreshing.
The palate is bright, silky and beautifully composed. A lively core of citrus and orchard fruit flows across a lightly textured, lees enriched frame. Flavours of lemon curd, pear, green apple, nectarine and subtle passionfruit glide with ease, supported by Semillon’s clean, mineral line. Fresh acidity gives the wine drive and clarity, while the finish lingers long and dry with citrus, florals and a cool coastal edge. It is delicious young but will develop more waxy, herbal nuance over the next couple of years.
Perfect with grilled prawns, fresh snapper, oysters, Thai salads, lemon roasted chicken, pasta primavera, soft cheeses, herb led vegetarian dishes or as a refreshing aperitif on warm days.
