Pear white peach citrus almond and volcanic minerality in one of Italys finest white wines.
Few producers have shaped the reputation of Soave as profoundly as the Pieropan family. Since 1880, they have championed the Garganega grape and the historic vineyards of Soave Classico, establishing a benchmark for one of Italy's greatest white wine styles. Today, Andrea and Dario Pieropan continue that legacy, crafting wines of remarkable purity, finesse and longevity that consistently rank among the finest expressions of the region.
Sourced from hillside vineyards in the heart of the Soave Classico zone, the 2025 vintage benefited from warm sunshine, cooling breezes and volcanic soils that impart freshness and distinctive mineral character. Predominantly Garganega with a small proportion of Trebbiano di Soave, the wine is made to preserve vibrant fruit, delicate aromatics and the elegance that has made Pieropan a favourite with sommeliers and collectors alike.
The colour is a luminous pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of white peach, pear and lemon blossom are complemented by almond, chamomile and subtle hints of fresh herbs. The palate is silky and beautifully balanced, combining juicy orchard fruit with bright citrus, vibrant acidity and a fine volcanic mineral thread. Notes of almond and citrus peel linger through a long, refreshing finish that is both refined and unmistakably Soave.
A magnificent match for grilled prawns, steamed clams, risotto primavera, fresh burrata, herb roasted chicken or delicate sushi. Delicious from release for its freshness and vitality, it will continue to develop additional texture and complexity over the next six to eight years.
