Thomas Wines was established in 1997 by winemaker and Tyrrell’s alumnus Andrew Thomas in 1997. Today, eldest son Dan works along his father, their focus remaining firmly on premium Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz.

Synergy is a regional Hunter Valley blend of old vine Semillon from the various vineyards Thomas Wines has access to. It’s a fresh, fruit forward style for drinking within a year or two from harvesting, with attractive zingy citrus and white fruit characters. The modest 10.8% alc./vol. is a definite bonus in our books.

Chill well and enjoy over the summer months on its own or with light seafood grazing.
