Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across Provence, the 2025 vintage enjoyed warm, dry conditions tempered by cooling coastal influences, preserving bright fruit and vibrant natural acidity. A blend of classic southern French varieties is gently handled to retain purity, delicate aromatics and the pale colour that defines premium Provençal rosé.

The colour is a luminous pale salmon pink. Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry, white peach and pink grapefruit are lifted by rose petal, citrus blossom and a hint of fresh herbs. The palate is crisp, silky and beautifully balanced, with vibrant red berry and stone fruit flavours carried by refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral edge. The finish is long, dry and effortlessly elegant, inviting another glass.
