Fruit is hand picked for freshness and detail, with a portion wild fermented in older French oak to bring savoury texture, while the remainder is kept crisp and pure in stainless steel. Lees stirring adds gentle weight without muting the wine’s bright, coastal energy.

The scent is refreshing yet expressive. Granny Smith apple, white peach and crisp pear lead, lifted by lemon zest, honeysuckle and subtle tropical hints of just ripe pineapple. Beneath the freshness lies a savoury whisper of lanolin, hay and wet stone, the kind of complexity that comes naturally to well grown Chenin Blanc. As it opens, notes of jasmine, fresh ginger and a faint nutty nuance join the frame.
