Dry, savoury and mount-watering Adelaide Hills rosé of Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir, perfect for light alfresco lunches
Silver at the Perth Royal Wine Awards
The Saturno family has been at the helm of Longview Vineyard since 2007, building on the estate’s reputation as one of the Adelaide Hills’ most awarded single vineyard producers.
The Juno Rosato takes its name from Juno, the Roman goddess of love and vitality, and is in 2026 again a blend of estate grown Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine rests briefly after feremntation with regular lees stirring enhancing complexity and rounding of the fruit.
This is a dry, savoury and mount-watering rosé wine that balances fragrant and delicate fruit with fine structure. Perfectly suited to alfresco dining, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled prawns, roasted vegetables or prosciutto and melon. It also shines alongside seafood pasta, light salads or goat cheese.
Ready on release, this rosé style is at its best within 12 months from vintage.
