Bone dry Blewitt Springs rosé with lifted spicy violet aromas and flavours of musky strawberries and tangy citrus
Lifted, floral aromas blend here with warming East Asian spice that spill into the bone-dry palate filled with musky strawberries and tangy citrus. The acidity is delicate, and the long, fine line of supporting tannins ensure this feels refreshing yet substantial.
Zero residual sugar and best enjoyed young and fresh. Most glasses of this will no doubt be enjoyed simply on its own, but it would also pair well with a warm weather Mediterranean spread rich in vegetables and fresh seafood.
More about this wine
The 2026 fruit was sourced from the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. Hand-picked, it was crushed the same day and pressed to stainless steel for fermentation at cool temperatures. The wine was then bottled with minimal inputs.
