Provence-style pale and dry rose of Grenache with delicate and floral red fruit
Nick Spencer is one of NSW's most decorated winemakers and a longstanding advocate of the state’s still widely unknown southern regions. Since 2016 his eponymous label has become known for wines that stand for traditional and contemporary thinking alike, offering balanced flavours and a strong sense of regionality. Working to a negociant model, he sources grapes through long term relationships with growers in Hilltops, Gundagai and Tumbarumba.
Ardor is Latin for passion, warmth and enthusiasm. For Nick, it’s a name that reflects not only the vibrant colour of his Rosé, but the occasions it was made for: long lunches, shared meals and good company wine that brings people together.
The 2026 is made from Grenache, a variety known for its luscious red fruit notes and pale colours, and encapsulating the essence of Provence, with delicate floral aromas and a beautifully balanced palate.
The perfect wine for any occasion, we should all be enjoying a glass of rose more often!
