Adelaide Hills Rosé will often dial in the Pinot Noir variety, here in clear vision, pale pink, gently fragrant, native bush pink wildflowers, peppery leafiness, all nicely balanced flavour and tang with spice and texture to round out the palate and finish. Lunch, dusk, dinner – this carries itself with a sense of joie de vivre across the whole day.

A sunny afternoon, a plate of something delicious and a chilled glass of Adelaide Hills rosé. Sidewood knows exactly how to make that combination work. Established in 2004, the estate has become a familiar name in the region, with winemaker Dylan Lee championing the freshness and elegance of cool climate fruit. The Adelaide Hills' elevated vineyards and cool nights help preserve the lively acidity that makes rosé so refreshing.
Delicate salmon pink with pretty rose gold reflections. Fresh strawberry, wild raspberry and white peach mingle with rose petals and a twist of pink grapefruit. The 2026 vintage is bright and beautifully refreshing, with juicy red berry flavours, a gentle citrus tang and a crisp, dry finish. Light on its feet but full of personality.
Perfect with grilled Spencer Gulf prawns and chilli lime dressing, watermelon and whipped feta salad, or crispy zucchini fritters with mint yoghurt. Sunshine is optional, although highly recommended.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2028, while its delicate fruit and freshness are at their most appealing.
