The fruit for Wildflower Prosecco is sourced from select vineyards on the upper slopes of the valley, where gravelly loam soils and mountain breezes keep the vines in perfect balance. Jo Marsh focuses on minimal handling and early bottling to preserve freshness and purity. The wine is made in the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in stainless steel to highlight Glera’s natural fruitiness and floral aromatics rather than heavy yeast influence.
